- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card only.
- All returns & exchanges must be done within 30 days from original order date. International orders are allowed 60 days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, including return shipping.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

If you attempt to return a non-returnable item, the item will be donated or disposed. No store credit will be given. No exceptions.
The Return Process:
1. Send email@example.com an email with your order number & email address for that order. Include "return" as the subject label.
2. We will then email you your return label for you to print out.
3. Please ensure item(s) are packaged securely. If you are reusing the original packaging, you will need to cover previous shipping label with the new return label.
4. After merchandise is all packaged, secured and labeled, drop off your return at any local USPS location.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Woven Co. Boutique, is not responsible for any lost or damaged once the package has been scanned by USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We do have some recommendations to help track down your package.
1. Confirm shipping address was entered correctly.
2. Visit your local USPS with your tracking information.
3. USPS might mark your order as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package arrives late.
4. Check with neighbors to see if your package was delivered to the wrong door.
Orders are processed every 1-3 business days.
